My son had 5 silver crowns placed here. I had come from kalamazoo MI where just 1 month prior to the appointment I was informed that he had three cavities. He was not quite 3 years old yet. I didn't want him to have to experience dental work at such a young age without sedation and this was the only place that offered it. They had great reviews. It seemed like the best choice. When we arrived and checked in first we spoke to a nurse who sedated my son. It wasn't until he was already sedated that I actually was able to meet the dentist who told me rather than 3 fillings she planned to place 5 crowns and sealant and needed me to sign a form granting her permission to pull teeth without consulting me at her own discretion. I was very upset and wanted both a better understanding of how the plan changed so drastically in one month and to come to an understanding that I am not willing to authorize anyone to pull teeth without consulting me first. She was not warm, did not help me to understand the questions I had but rather told me I could leave if I wasn't willing to simply trust her. I wish I had but my kids are on medicaid and I felt trapped without other options. This surgery he had

Daydreams was wonderful with my profoundly autistic son who is 9yrs old. They were very patient and kind as they explained everything. Dr. Stephanie Brown did his dental surgery and she did an exceptional job. My son had several crowns and cavities filled plus two extractions and you would expect him to act sore the next few days but no he in fact was happy and smiling. Dr. Brown even called the next day to see how my son was doing and if I had any questions. I couldn't recommend theses guys and gals more. Great place!

Everyone did awesome with making my son comfortable! It went as smooth as possible! His appt was at 8am and by 1pm he was back to his crazy self lol

Daydreams did an AMAZING job with my son from the days leading up to the procedure until the time we got there and the time we walked out the door afterwards. They made us (mom & dad) feel so relaxed and comfortable as well as made him feel comfortable. The nurses & doctors walked us through it every step of the way, we couldn’t have had a better experience any where else.

Absolutely amazing place! My oldest was seen here before they moved offices (years ago) and we had a great experience then. My youngest was just here today (9/28/23) and I could not be more pleased with the experience! They even had a Paws for Cause doggo! The staff made sure I understood what was going on, made sure I had no questions, explained to my youngest what was happening (it’s his world, we’re just living in it). The waiting room was comfortable and open. You can tell the staff really like helping kids!
